Here at Johnson Jewelers, we have always valued customer service on a personal face to face level. In the past month, we have had to close our doors without knowing when we can reopen. We miss our customers and want to stay connected and provide that same customer service, just from a distance. While some aspects of our lives have changed or been placed on hold, birthdays, anniversaries, and other celebrations continue. And we still need to reward ourselves with a nice treat here and there too – jewelry is a great way for self-expression! The new Showcase offers endless opportunities for personalizing affordable, meaningful designs that can bring a spark of joy.

Here are the various ways to stay connected and shop with us through our website and other social media channels.

The Showcase

We are so excited to give you the ability to shop this online catalog. It is very easy to navigate – you can search by stone color, jewelry type (earring, necklace, etc.), bridal and more. Within each item, there are ways to customize what you are looking for. As you make changes, the price automatically adjusts. When you’re ready to purchase, or just want to get more info, add the items to a quote and submit an inquiry. We then receive your info and will contact you within 48 hours. Once you’re ready to purchase, we send you a link to a secure website to pay online with a credit card. Your item will then get ordered and shipped. Some items take a little more time depending on availability or the customizations you made. If you’re looking for diamonds, we will discuss with you your needs to make sure you are getting the best quality for your budget and will special order. Customer service is our specialty and we still want to keep a personal connection with you.

This new section of our website shows the pieces we have in store that are ready to ship right away. Many of these are custom creations. They are categorized by jewelry type.

We are creating photo albums for you to easily view a particular category of jewelry. For instance, if you are looking for a pair of earrings, you can look through the earring photo album instead of scrolling through previous posts.

Similar to Facebook, we have created highlight reels organized by jewelry category. We still encourage you to browse the feed because there are many items there that have not yet been added to a highlight.

How to Purchase from the website, Facebook, and Instagram

If you are interested in an item and want more information, you can leave a comment on that particular item, send us a message in Facebook or Instagram, call us at 253-848-1332, or email us at We will return your message within 48 hours. When you are ready to purchase, we will send you our link to a secure site to complete your purchase online with a credit card. We will then ship the item out to you or arrange contact-free pickup at the store. We are continuously adding to these so you can check back for newly added inventory.

Lastly, we are working on a major overhaul of our website to enable e-commerce that will simplify and streamline what we have in place today. This will be a one stop shop of everything we have in store. Setting this up will take time which is why we have these other resources available to you now.
