Jewelry Repair Drop Off and Pick Up Curbside Service Available

Exciting news! Due to the current environment, we started a new curbside service on May 11th and we are continuing to offer this for our customers. This includes picking up purchases and dropping off jewelry repair items.

For jewelry and watch repair, we have created a detailed process below. Our goal is to be able to serve you while keeping everyone safe.

Steps for Jewelry Repair:

1)Print and fill out the Repair Request Form and sign the Agreement at the bottom of the form.

If you do not have a printer, you can fill out and submit the form online here.

2)Take a photo of your item and email to info@johnson-jewelers.com

3)Call us at (253) 848-1332 or email us to request a drop-off time, M-F 11-6, Sat 11-4 or to provide tracking information if you’re shipping it to us.

4)Once you arrive, call us or ring the doorbell and we will be right out!

What to Bring:

We need the completed Repair Request Form along with your item. After a brief check, we’ll give you a claim ticket and you’re ready to go!

Where to Park:

We have a dedicated parking space immediately behind our building specifically for secure repair drop off. There is a sign that says Johnson Jewelers parking only. The alley is accessed along Main across from Charlie’s Restaurant, or Meeker between El Rey Market and Victoria Sells Antiques. Please come to the back door and ring the doorbell or call us that you’ve arrived.

What You Can Expect:

We’ll greet you wearing a mask and gloves for your protection. We’ll try to keep the take-in process to a few minutes, and you can be on your way. If you need to be sized for a new ring size we will have sanitized metal ring sizers ready for you. You can stay in your car the entire time.

When We Will Contact You

If you’ve requested an estimate, or if we have questions, we will contact you. Otherwise, we will contact you when your item is ready to be picked up and will arrange a date and time to do so.

This process is new to us, please be understanding! We thank you for your continued trust in us, and will work very hard to take care of your jewelry repair needs.

Watch Repair

Most watch battery changes and band resizing can be done while you wait in your car. We will need a phone call to request this service prior to you coming. Expect to wait 15-30 minutes. You’re welcome to drop the watch off if you prefer and pick it up a day or two later. Please come to our dedicated parking space which is immediately behind our building, and either ring the doorbell or give us a call and we’ll be right out.
